One of my other passions is sewing. I decided that I would start making green grocery bags from vintage fabric that I found at thrift shops or flea markets. I use old napkins, tablecloths, sheets, curtains, etc. The hunt for fabric is such fun. This way you are using fabric that someone else no longer needs and recycling it into something someone else may need. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont use the plastic bags at the supermarkets. Taking small steps to help the planet will make a big difference. Yoga is my other passion so I also made yoga bags. I will be selling these on etsy and right here on my blog soon. Many will be one of a kind since I use whatever pieces of fabric I have.
